About this role

This role works directly with corridor authorities to scope governed deployment, evidence workflows, and measurable operating outcomes.

Serve as the strategic partner to corridor authorities through governed deployment, evidence review, and accountable operating outcomes.

This is not a traditional customer success role. You'll operate as a deployment strategist, embedding within customer organizations, mapping their systems and decision-making structures, and driving expansion across verification, operational, and financial dimensions.

What you'll do

• Every engagement follows the same discipline: capture at the source, package the evidence, verify against the assurance standard, and retain a reviewable clearance receipt.

• Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through expansion, ensuring customers achieve sustained value from GTCX Sovereign

• Partner with trade organizations to understand their workflows, pain points, organizational structures, and strategic priorities

• Assurance scores are measured against real corridor variance before any agent touches a live checkpoint.

• Develop comprehensive deployment strategies including success metrics, implementation roadmaps, and stakeholder engagement plans

• Build expansion business cases and ROI models for new use cases, quantifying realized value from existing deployments and identifying additional opportunities across verification, operational, and financial dimensions

• Work closely with verification engineers and corridor operators to translate authority requirements into accountable delivery.

• Shared verification across borders, with per-state sovereignty guarantees, common evidence protocols, monitored custody, and PvP settlement rails.

• From first corridor assessment to live verification, the program runs as one measured engagement.

• Verification agents run on one corridor data foundation — field capture becomes packaged evidence, and independently reviewable evidence clears sovereign verification bars.

• Own customer trade metrics, time-to-value, and expansion revenue for your portfolio

• TradePass, GeoTag, GCI, VaultMark, PvP, and PANX compose into one sovereign verification stack with accountable receipts at every corridor handoff.

• Develop playbooks and frameworks that systematize deployment approaches across different trade use cases

• Navigate complex trade stakeholder environments including verification leadership, IT, operations, finance, and compliance teams

What we're looking for

• Experience with customer-facing strategy, deployment, or implementation roles, ideally in trade technology, enterprise SaaS, or consulting

• Direct experience in trade delivery environments (verification operations, depot administration, trade system strategy)

• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in complex organizations
